Q. What payment methods do you accept

A. We accept credit card, money order, personal check or PayPal (with or without an account). If you have any questions please email me!

Q. How long does it take for shipping?

A. Our processing times sometimes change. The current time will always be updated on our NEWS page if it changes. Usually we operate at 5 business days but there are times it can take longer. We will do our best to contact all customers who have orders that are experiencing additional delay to inform them of an approx. ETA. Also, email inquiries are always encouraged.  Please note that business days are Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are considered non-business days and should not be calculated in processing/shipping time!

Q. Do you ship Internationally? If so, which countries?

A. We ship any and everywhere! If your country's Customs will let U.S. packages marked “Artisitc Pigments” through then we will ship there! See our Shipping Information page for detailed fees, restrictions and rules. We have experienced issues with certain countries customs offices that cause packages to not be delivered. Turkey and Italy are sometimes very strict with their customs so we always encourage Registered Mail for our International clients. It's a small fee to pay when compared to the potential loss of an order – which will NOT be replaced unless Registered Mail is added to Priority or Airmail or if Express Mail is chosen.

Q. I have heard people talk about buying in Sprees. What exactly is a Spree? Are there benefits to placing orders this way?

A. Many International customers opt to buy in "Sprees". We think this is an excellent idea!!!
How do you buy in a "Spree"? Contact anyone you know who may want to make a TMM purchase and then place one order for all the goods. Everyone can give their funds to one individual who can then pay for the order and have it shipped to their location. This way, you can split the cost of a secure method of shipping and not only will you be 100% covered if issues arise in transit but chances are, you'll pay even less than you would for 1 small order shipped by Airmail (our most inexpensive and least secure shipping option)! We will even package products in separate bags labeled with each person's name. Simply email us prior to purchase with all of your information. Easy!

Q. Do you have a newsletter or mailing list for updates?

A. YES! We have finally started a newsletter. Email info@taylormademinerals.com to with
"Subscribe" in the subject line and we will start keeping you informed immediately. We do not send newsletters frequently, only when there is an upcoming sale or new products added. You may unsubscribe at any time following the directions located at the bottom of the newsletter.

Q. How much product does a 5 gram jar hold?

A. We know how confusing the jar sizes can be and have decided to list it all out for you.
Hopefully this will help you all!

5 Gram Jars - A little smaller than the size of a quarter.  They are about 1" across and
3/4" tall.  They hold about 1/4 Ounce, 6ml or 1/2 Tablespoon of product.

10 Gram Jars - A little smaller than a half-dollar piece. They are about 1.25" across and
3/4" tall.  They hold about 1/2 Ounce, 12ml or 1 Tablespoon of product.

30 Gram Jars - About the size of a silver dollar.  They are 2" across and 1" Tall.  They
hold about 1.5 Ounces, 36ml or 3 Tablespoons of product.

The jar sizes are actually named according to how much water weight they will hold.
Powder is much lighter than water so this explains the difference between the jar "name"
and the actual amount of product it holds!

Sample Jars- New Clear screw-top lid jars. See Picture below.

Q. There appears to be some debate over what products are approved for specific uses. Can you shed some light on this?

 A. If you refer to our Approved Uses List, we have broken down which products are approved for which cosmetic uses. Please understand that it is completely up to you, the customer, to decide how you wish to use a product. Some clients experience irritation due to certain products while others have no reaction at all. We are simply supplying you with all the facts and let you make the call.

Q. Are the pictures on the site true color representation of the product?

A. Our site photographer strives to take the best pictures possible to give you the best idea of each product's color and texture. Sometimes the condensed product in the jar can look slightly different once applied on skin, this is why we have color swatches of all the pigments so you get the best idea of how the color looks applied dry and wet. However, each computer monitor sees color differently depending on how your color contrast and brightness is calibrated, therefore we cannot gaurantee that the colors you see on your monitor are the same.

Q. Do you sell wholesale?

A. We no longer offer the option to resale our products due to a lack of manpower. However, we will make certain considerations on a case by case basis. If you are looking to order several products in 1 oz. sizes, we may be able to fulfill that need. Simply email info@taylormademinerals.com with specifics on what you are needing and we will see what we can work out for you!

Q. I am looking for more matte shades. Can you tell me which colors are matte and which are shimmery?

A. While we would love to be able to provide a broken down list of finishes, it is almost impossible. Some shades are matte, some are semi-matte. Some are shimmery while others are glittery. Words like sheen, foil, glitter, etc. are open to interpretation. While we may say something has a sheen you may call it a shimmer. It is for this reason that each color is represented by a swatch photo. This shows you what the pigment or product looks like on actual skin. Our descriptions are exactly that – OUR descriptions. So if you have any hesitations, please purchase a sample. You never really know until you see it in person on YOUR skin :-)

Q. in the event that a product I ordered is on Backorder, what will happen?

A. unlike most companies who do not allow backorders, we will gladly ship any unavailable products separately at our expense. Backorders can take several weeks. Because our manufacturers sometimes experience stock issues we, in turn, have to wait for certain items before products can be recreated for our stock. If you do not receive your backorder within 1 month, please email us and we will research it for you! Products that are taking an exceptionally long time to receive in are marked backordered on our site so you are aware of it's delay. You may still order it but chances are it will not be in your first shipment and will most likely take quite some time to arrive. Think of backorders as little surprises that appear in your mailbox when you least expect them:-)

Q. Do you test your products on animals?

A. We do not test on animals nor do we purchase from manufacturers who test on animals. While we can not claim vegan status due to our occasional use of Carmine, we are definitely animal lovers and do not believe in the testing of ANY cosmetics on animals.

Q. Do you sponsor reviews?

A. We are big believers in the power of recommendation. Therefore, we LOVE when clients review us in blogs, on youtube, etc. Because TMM is a very small company we do not have a large budget for sponsorship. However, we encourage you to email us for information if you have an interest in doing a review. We do ask that you have a legitimate outlet for your review that we may first explore. So be sure to shoot us a link to your page when you email for information.
